Jessica Cure
The Curated Real Estate Fixer, bringing together real estate representation, planning, permitting, and project strategy with a practical approach shaped by a construction-family background and more than 20 years of entrepreneurship.
I’m Jessica Cure, and I like to say the desert is just the beach without the ocean. Having grown up in Huntington Beach around a family construction and property development business, I’ve always been interested in how places come together, how people use them, and what makes a property worth investing in.
I earned my degree in Interior Design from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, and my entrepreneurial background spans more than 20 years of starting, operating, and exiting businesses. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today, with an understanding that a good concept needs a workable budget, the right people, and a plan for everything that happens between the initial idea and the finished result.
After moving from Los Angeles to the High Desert in 2020, I built my work around the opportunities and complications that make this region so distinct. Through Cure Designs and The Curated Real Estate Fixer, I help investors, developers, and business owners connect property decisions with land use, entitlements, permitting, environmental review, renovations, and new construction, including projects that need someone to investigate what went wrong and establish a way forward.
My work takes me across Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley, and the greater Morongo Basin, with real estate and consulting services extending into San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties, and advisory support throughout California. I also serve on the City of Twentynine Palms Planning Commission, where I previously served as Chair, contributing to public discussions about development, zoning, and the long-term needs of the community I call home.
As a Founding Agent and Creative Director at JTTP Realty in downtown Joshua Tree, I represent a select group of buyers and sellers whose goals benefit from that broader property perspective, from land acquisition and investment purchases to architectural homes and short-term rentals. In 2024, I represented the buyer in Joshua Tree’s highest-priced home sale, bringing the same attention to negotiation, property details, and coordination that informs my consulting work.
What connects it all is curiosity and a willingness to get into the details, understand how the pieces affect one another, and ask the questions that move a decision forward. My role is to help you see the potential clearly, understand what it requires, and put a practical plan behind what you want to do next.

Meet Aubrey
Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator
Aubrey joined Cure Designs in 2024 and has grown from virtual assistance into a role that connects executive support with the day-to-day coordination of our client projects. She helps keep communications, permit updates, consultant follow-ups, schedules, and project documents organized so everyone has a clearer understanding of what’s needed next.
Working closely with me, she supports clients through onboarding and ongoing updates while helping strengthen the systems behind our consulting, project management, and real estate work. Her role brings continuity to the details, keeping outstanding items visible and following through with the people involved as projects move forward.
